Dates for the 13th AssemblyDates for the 13th Assembly

 

The 13th Assembly will be held in Lyon, France, 15-21 July 2009.

Arrivals
Participants are asked to arrive before noon on the 15th of July in order to register at the Congress Centre, receive their badge and attend the opening worship.

Please note that all participants who cannot arrive on July 15th a.m. must agree their arrival on 14th July beforehand with the Assembly Office.

Please note that 14th July is a national holiday in France.


Departures
Participants will be free to depart at any time on 21st July.


Please note:
With the exception of staff and stewards, CEC cannot be responsible for any participant arriving before July 14th or departing after July 21st.

Participants who wish to spend a longer time in Lyon must organise their own accommodation before 15th July and after 21st July. More information about accommodation in Lyon on L.R.I. SERVICES website

29th May - 2nd June Training for young delegates Preparatory meeting for young delegates that will take place in Lyon. More information will soon be available.
Beginning of March Information about registration An online information package will be sent to all delegates concerning online registration and other practical information about accomodation and travel
March 15th - June 10th Registration During this period participants of the Assembly will be able to register online.
10th March Comments on Work Priorities We are looking forward to receiving comments on the Work Priorities. Please be reminded that we must receive your comments no later than 10th March. However, outcomes of preparatory meetings and reflections on the Assembly theme are welcome throughout Spring.
Mid-June Final document with results from consultation process A final document with the results of the consultation process will be sent to delegates and all participants in the Assembly in Mid-June (one month before the Assembly), along with the final Agenda and final logistical information.
