Observers
can attend the 13th CEC Assembly as participants designated by Member Churches, but not nominated as delegates. Observers are not part of a church delegation, nor do they represent an organization associated to CEC.

There are a limited number of Observers who may attend the Assembly. Member Churches need to contact the CEC Assembly office in order to designate participants in this category.

The observers at the CEC Assembly have the right to participate in all working sessions of the Assembly (except for closed plenaries) without the right to speak or vote.

Advisers to the Assembly – representing CEC Commissions and working groups or personally invited experts will attend the 13th CEC Assembly on the basis of an invitation from CEC side.

The advisers in the Lyon Assembly have the right to participate in all working sessions of the Assembly (except for closed plenaries) with the right to speak if invited by the Chair, but without the right to vote.
